Child’s BBQ has a good video here on smoking one of these. Looks very interesting. Bradley has a link in the video to Porter Road where you can buy them. They are $19 for 1.25 - 1.75 lbs. Not cheap but like @Pacman I’m sure I need to give it a try, thanks a lot @BillsCamino.
