Thank you sir. The first cook thighs came out unbelievable. Probably go low and slow with pulled pork this weekend. Aaron Franklin has a great video on pulled pork brisket style. You may never go back to southern seasoning again!
Ok, so I just did my burn in and first chicken thigh cook. I cleaned the grill grates but I am a tad confused about what else should I clean. The deflector plate is greasy as are the sides of the barrel. Do I clean them or do I leave it as seasoning.
