    Patio Legend vs Deck Boss

I got a 1250 and thought I would never fill it. Once my family and friends tried the food I did it quite often. Have done 10 racks of ribs and other large cooks. Moral of the story is, if you can afford it, go bigger

Portable 340 - RV game changer?

I believe its has the same controller as the bulls eye. So the road warrior has a downgraded controller for more money. 🤔 love my 340 though. We use it camping and at home.

    Kirkland Signature Pellets

I have been using then for the past year and really like them. On a different forum a costco rep reached out and stated they are not made by ant major brand but they found a small company to make them for them. No idea if that is true but I will continue to buy them for myself.

    Mini units

This is not what this thread is about but I use the rt340 for camping and bring a grillgrates griddle plate for breakfast on it. Works great. Make bacon eggs and pancakes on it no issue. I guess I'm to cheap to buy a dedicated camping unit. Lol

It will be fine still. The wevac and vacfresh brand of bags have served me well over the years. Some brands don't hold up well but those have held up very well for me. I have used all the sizes and only had maybe 5 bad bags out of the hundred plus I've used

Never used that one but has great reviews. Just keep in mind that most lower wattage ones require about 1 minute between seals. Also look for one where you can replace the heat strip. Makes repairs easier without having to buy a whole new unit.

I have had the weston pro 2300 for about 2 years now and use it for everything. It can use 15 inch wide bags so you can put a full packer or butt in them. Also cheaper than when I bought it. Down to $399 right now. It's a solid investment and made to make seal after seal without a cool down...

Also I trimmed alot of the fat off before cooking. Incase you have not done one previously. It was about 11 lbs before trim

My bad. I pulled it at 204 and it was probe tender and I left it in the butcher paper in the oven.
